ACADEMY –
ACTIVATE TRAINING INDIVIDUAL
This training course is designed to help you apply the Keys Model and use our tools in a professional context. You will learn about the Keys principles, the five keys that shape an individual’s unique DNA, and our Keys Track – all tailored to your own profile. The course equips you to guide others through the journey of discovering, understanding, and activating their Keys Profile. Successful completion of the Activate Training Individual is required for certification as a Keys Activator.
WHO IS IT FOR
This course is designed for professionals looking to apply the Keys Model in their work. The course is also suited for those who simply want to further develop their understanding of Keys and the Keys Model.
CONTENTS OF THE TRAINING
- Explore the Keys Model and Keys principles.
- Discover what kind of Keys Activator you are, based on your Keys Profile.
- Learn to interpret the Keys Profiles of others.
- Learn how to guide clients through the Keys Track.
- Learn how to unlock someone’s full potential!
The first six days of the course will be devoted to teaching you everything you need to know about the Keys Profile. The remaining days will be focused on the Keys Track and your role as activator. Those days will be more practical as the focus will lie on practicing the Keys Track with others and reflecting on your practice.
RESULT
This course is the basis for certification as a Keys Activator. After completion you will have a thorough knowledge of the Keys tools and how to apply them using the Keys Track. You will be equipped to use the Keys Track to help individuals discover what their natural qualities are.

METHOD
The course consists of 10 sessions. A training day starts at 09:00 and ends at 16:30.
Participants
Our courses are given in groups of up to 16 participants.
The trainers
The training is facilitated by an experienced Keys Trainer. The trainer is experienced in both the practical application and theoretical background of Keys.
Prior knowledge
No prior knowledge is required.
Certification
Successful completion of the course leads to certification as a Keys Activator: Individual. This certification also opens the opportunity to continue your development as a Keys Team Activator, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to help teams unlock and realise their potential. You will also gain access to the Activator Portal, our online platform where you can monitor clients, view and download their results, and track their progress through the Keys Track.
