ACTIVATOR COURSE – INDIVIDUAL
This course is designed to help you apply Keys’ methodology and tools as a professional. You will learn about the Keys philosophy, the 5 keys and our Keys Track – all tailored to your unique profile. This course will train you to take someone on the journey of discovering and understanding their Keys DNA profile and activating it! Successful completion of the Activate Course – Individual is required for certification as a Keys Activator.
WHO IS IT FOR
This course is designed for professionals looking to apply the Keys method in their work. The course is also suited for those who simply want to further develop their understanding of the Keys.
PROGRAMME CONTENT
- You will explore the basic fundamentals of Keys.
- You will discover what kind of Keys Activator you are, based on your profile.
- You learn to interpret personal Keys Profiles.
- You will learn how to guide someone through the Keys Track.
- You will learn to unlock someone’s full potential.
The first six days of the course will be devoted to teaching you everything you need to know about the Keys profile. The remaining days will be focused on the Keys Track and your role as activator. Those days will be more practical as the focus will lie on practicing the Keys Track with others and reflecting on your practice.
RESULT
This course is the basis for certification as a Keys Activator. After completion you will have a thorough knowledge of the Keys tools and how to apply them using the Keys Track. You will be equipped to use the Track to help individuals discover what they are naturally good at.

METHOD
The course consists of 10 sessions. A training day starts at 09:30 and ends at 16:30.

Our courses are given in groups of up to 12 participants.
The trainers
The training is facilitated by experienced Keys specialists Jan and Paul. The trainers are experienced in both the practical application and theoretical background of Keys.
Prior knowledge
No prior knowledge is required.
Certification
Successful completion of the course leads to certification as a Keys Activator (Individual). Certification also opens up the opportunity to train as a Keys team activator. This will give you the skills and knowledge to activate teams to achieve their potential.
