ACADEMY –
ACTIVATE TRAINING TEAM
This training prepares you to guide and inspire teams as an activator. You help teams to work together more effectively and to understand each other better. After following the Activate Training Teams you are certified Keys Team Activator. The training is a continuation of the Keys Activate Individual Training.
WHO IS IT FOR
This training is for anyone who leads or supervises teams and is extremely suitable for leaders, team coaches, trainers, managers and HR managers.
CONTENT OF THE WORKOUTS
- You will learn the basic fundamentals of Keys.
- You will learn what type of team activator you are based on your own Keys Profile.
- You learn to interpret personal Keys profiles in a team setting.
- You will learn how to have individual conversations with team members in preparation for team sessions.
- You learn to make connections between individual profiles in the field of cooperation and dynamics.
- On the basis of team profiles, you learn to make analyzes about the natural potential present and not present in a team.
- You develop all the knowledge and skills to guide a Keys Team Activate program.
- You are able to independently bring transformational movement to any team.
RESULT
After the training you are certified Keys Team Activator. You are trained to guide teams in their development using the Keys tools. You know how to make maximum use of the available potential and can convert this into a successful activation.

METHOD
The training consists of 6 sessions. Each meeting starts at 9:30 and ends at 16:30, with lunch provided.
Participants
Each course consists of 8 to 12 participants.
The trainers
The training is given by experienced Keys specialist Jan van Meerveld and his team.
Prior knowledge
To participate in this training, it is required to have followed the Keys Activate Individual Training.
Certification
After successful completion of the training you will receive a Keys certificate. You are then certified Keys Team Activator.
